Sancti Petri Island lies in front of Chiclana coast. It is an idyllic island with a lot of amazing landscapes and legend. It is situated close to Cadiz which is on a peninsula right in the center of a bay. Legend has it that the Temple of Hercules is located somewhere in Sancti Petri Island. It was supposedly the most renowned temple found in western Mediterranean with a date as far back as the Trojan war.
